About our Auctions

For the right property, selling at auction is a method to ensure competitive bidding to ensure the maximum price and a signed contract on the day of the sale.

At Graham Watkins & Co, we hold regular property auctions throughout the year for a wide range of properties, from entire farms or estates in a number of lots to parcels of land or residential houses. Our auctions generally have between 5 and 15 lots and are usually held at Westwood Golf Club in Leek, however we often hold auctions at other venues more local to the lot(s) being offered.
