Graham Watkins & Co are a firm of chartered surveyors, estate agents, land agents, auctioneers and valuers.

We are an RICS regulated firm and partners Graham Watkins and Robert Watkins are both RICS registered valuers and members of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

We offer a full range of property and rural services across an increasingly wide geographical area.

Established in 2008 we have built up a large portfolio of agricultural, commercial and residential clients, and we take pride in providing a personal service and practical advice.

Graham has been practising in North Staffordshire and the surrounding counties since 1980 with Robert qualifying in 2013.
