From Leek, take the A523 towards Ashbourne after approximately 4.6 miles turn right towards Ipstones and follow through Ipstones and turn left onto Brookfields Road just before the Countrystore, follow for 0.3 miles then turn right onto Shay Lane and proceed to the end of the lane, the land will be found on your left as indicated by the agent’s ‘For Sale’ boards at the entrance to the land.
